With the changing of the seasons, the tranquil and emotive garden located on Saito Shuzo’s grounds shows each season’s character like a painting.
Although we were unprepared for the sudden snowfall, we are continuing to make winter preparations and will soon complete the structures which will protect the garden and brewery facilities from the heavy snowfall which has yet to come.
Before the snowfall the garden displayed a crisp autumn scene which featured the brilliant red of the dodan-tsutsuji plant, seen below. Please also check our Facebook for daily updates and happenings (in Japanese only currently).
